My favorite food is...

My favorite food is sushi, I love it!!! To make a basic sushi the ingredients are:

• 3 cups of sushi rice
• 3 cups of cold water
• ½ cup of rice vinegar
• 2 tablespoons caster sugar
• ½ teaspoon of salt
